Inpatient Locations: For all hospital locations in Ohio, we are restricting all visitors. Exceptions will be made for Labor & Delivery patients (1 visitor). All other visitors will be asked to leave the hospital.
Outpatient Locations: For all family health centers, medical office buildings and physician offices in Ohio, we are restricting visitors following these guidelines:
For maternity patients: Visitors are limited to the same one adult visitor for the duration of the patient's stay and will be screened.

In-person appointments for prenatal care are ongoing. Patients must have an appointment or call ahead, and will be screened prior to entry. For appointments, call 440-623-7056.

Most appointments will be scheduled using telemedicine, meaning they will be conducted with your provider by either video or telephone. In person visits will be scheduled on a limited, as needed basis. Walk-in appointments are NOT available. Call 216-281-0872 to schedule an appointment.

All CenteringPregnancy and CenteringParenting programs are temporarily postponed.Website Service Updates
CenteringPregnancy is scheduled to start virtual services by the end of April/early May 2020. Resources are mailed to OB and Centering patients. Currently group sessions are on “pause” and patients are having traditional OB office visits until virtual groups are started. There are currently no visitor restrictions with these visits. Patients must call in before coming to a health center, and extra precautions are being taken (all patients must have temperature taken and complete a screening form). Moms & Babies First is currently accepting new enrollments, and ongoing education is being offered virtually via video visits, phone contact, and social media. Based on eligibility, we are currently providing Pack N Plays, emergency diapers, formula assistance, food pantry items and emergency kits (household, cleaning and baby products). Participants who are NEON patients can see their provider for prenatal, pediatric and primary care services. For appointments call 216-231-7700.
Due to COVID-19 Virus, there are no in-person homevisiting services offered at this time. Resources are available to be delivered to participants to reduce the exposure and spread of the coronavirus.

New enrollments and ongoing “visits” are being offered virtually via video visits and cell phone contact. Curriculum is being mailed out and dropped off with needed items to meet participant’s needs. Potential participants (those who are less than 33 weeks pregnant and city of Cleveland residents) can self-refer through our website or call and leave a message on our referral line (216) 664-4194.
Please note: no in-person services are being offered at this time.
Additional Information: Based upon need participants in the program qualify to receive emergency diaper assistance and Pack-n-Plays if in need of a safe sleep environment for the baby upon delivery. Participants can remain active in the program until the child turns 18 months old. Perinatal Depression screening for pregnant and postpartum women are offered as are child developmental screenings. Services also include health education and referral, case management and fatherhood services for dads of the baby.
All in-person visits will be suspended, and we will shift to virtual visits.
Pregnant mothers and providers may continue to apply and submit referrals through our website.

We have resumed health and wellness services at Cleveland Chiropractice and Integrative Health Center. Appointments available for chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage. Online Healthy Pregnancy program available now through the link below.
We have several birth workers who are continuing to offer services. Educational, emotional as well as physical (prenatal yoga and meditation) will continue to be available for free for folks who qualify. And for those with the financial means, we offer a sliding scale.
Additional Information: We are also here to provide support in connecting with community, practitioners or other services that may be applicable. We have made several BIRTH IN PLACE kits for folks who may want to prepare in this way.

Now open for acupuncture appointments. We are also offering virtual doula support, online classes, and placenta encapsulation. For the safety of clients, we are sanitizing the studio between each client. Bring your own face mask to wear for the entire visit and expect a screening call prior to your appointment to check for flu-like symptoms.
